Work Trip - March, 2007
(St. Luke's UMC & Wesley Foundation, CU Boulder)

The group size for this trip will be 20 - 30 people. We will be working with local people in a construction project, and will also be spending time each day with children in a Bible school program. Prior construction experience is desirable, but not essential.

Our main construction task may involve working on a new kitchen and dining room facility for the nearby retreat center (see project details). We will also do some work at the orphanage across the street. In additions, we may also be helping construct houses for local widows.

We will be organizing a Bible school for the local children -- children from the surrounding areas will attend every afternoon after school. Anywhere from 200 - 500 children can be expected.
